Foreign interest groups are not allowed to work with orphans or in the orphanages without a Russian organization partnering with them. For this reason, Orphan’s Tree has partnered with a couple of long-time friends.
Nadezhda Fund has become a strong leader in working with orphans throughout Russia. We are joining Orphan Outreach to begin older orphan ministry in St Peterburg. Our new partner Together Fund, will be handling programs outside the scope of Nadezhda Fund charter in Vladimir, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Kirov and Ryazan regions.
